NOTICE TO VILLAGE RESIDENTS

A complete revaluation of the Village of Randolph has been postponed under 2017.  Property owners will be notified by mail when the assessor is working in their neighborhood.  After the inspections have been completed and the assessment roll established, the assessor will mail a Notice of Changed Assessment to each property owner.

 

PUBLIC NOTICE OF ELECTION PUBLIC TEST

The Village of Randolph will conduct a Public Test of the   voting equipment  on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 9am at the Randolph Municipal Building, 248 W Stroud Street. This voting equipment will be used in the Spring Election on April 4, 2017.

 

PUBLIC NOTICE OF POLLING LOCATION & HOURS

Public notice is hereby given to the electors of the Village of Randolph that the Spring Primary wll be held at the Randolph Municipal Building at 248 W Stroud Street on Tuesday, April 4, 2017.  Polls will be open from  7:00am to 8:00pm.  The polling place is accessible to elderly and disabled voters.

Notice of Meeting of the Local and Municipal Board of Canvassers

At the closing of voting on Election Day, pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. SS 19.84, the Election Inspectors will convene as a joint meeting of the Local Board of Canvassers and the Municipal Board of Canvassers for the purpose of conducting the local and municipal canvasses pursuant to Wis. Stat. SS 7.51 and 7.53(1). This meeting will be open to the public pursuant to Wis. Stat. SS 19.81-89.

EMERALD ASH BORER FOUND IN RANDOLPH

The Department of Natural Resources reports that the emerald ash borer has been found in the Village of Randolph. To help with controlling the spread of this damaging pest, the DNR is requesting that no ash firewood leave the village.
