2018 OPEN BOOK & BOARD OF REVIEW

Open Book will be held Friday, May 11, 2018 from 4pm to 6pm at Randolph Village Hall.  All property owners of the Village of Randolph may review and examine the 2018 property assessment roll and ask questions or discuss concerns with the assessor.  Please contact the assessor prior to this date if you have questions or concerns about your assessment and are unable to attend the Open Book session.

Board of Review for the Village of Randolph will be held on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Randolph Village Hall beginning at 5pm.

 

Early in-person absentee voting for the Special Primary (Assembly District 42) will begin April 30, 2018 at Randolph Village Hall during office hours and until 5:00pm Friday, May 11, 2018. Please remember to bring a photo id.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF ELECTION PUBLIC TESTING

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Randolph will conduct a Public Test of the voting equipment on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 9:00am at Randolph Municipal Building, 248 W Stroud Street.  This voting equipment will be used in the Spring Election on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.

 

PUBLIC NOTICE OF POLLING LOCATION & HOURS 

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the electors of the Village of Randolph that the Spring Election will be held at the Randolph Municipal Building at 248 W Stroud Street on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The polling place is accessible to elderly and disabled voters.

Notice of Meeting of the Local and Municipal Board of Canvassers 

At the closing of voting on Election Day, pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. SS 19.84, the Election Inspectors will convene as a joint meeting of the Local Board of Canvassers and the Municipal Board of Canvassers for the purpose of conducting the local and municipal canvasses pursuant to Wis. Stat. SS 7.51 and 7.53(1). This meeting will be open to the public pursuant to Wis. Stat. SS 19.81-89.
